Would you like access to money that taxpayers pay every quarter?
Public law 92-313 passed in 1972 requires the U.S. federal government to pay rentals of facilities by federal workers.
“Technically” that rent will be paid consistently according to law.
How does this benefit you?
If you own a facility that federal workers rent, it is likely you will receive consistent rent payments.
In fact it’s over $11 billion per year now!
Many of the companies that own these facilities are Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
These are privately held companies that trade on the stock exchange.
They are tax exempt as long as they adhere to the rules which means that 90% of the money they make as income must go to the investors.
The investors will pay taxes on the dividends in order to balance everything out.

There have been ads floating around about Federal Rent Checks.
This title was coined by D. R. Barton jr. who didn’t invent REITs but definitely made them more mainstream popular.
You may have heard of him, but if not, he is an experienced investor and financial coach.
He’s been successful and undoubtedly has a great deal of knowledge in investing and REITs.
If you go to the Federal Rent Checks website, you will see him in a video talking about how people are signing up and making crazy money from this program.
At the end, he is selling a subscription to his newsletter “The 10-Minute Millionaire Insider”.
The entire video was to get you to buy his newsletter.
Now, do I believe this is a scam?
No, I think Barton is selling valuable information.
However, IT IS AN INVESTMENT!
With any investment, there is risk and the possibility or losses and gains.
You are going to pay for the subscription so that you know which REITs Barton believes are worth your time.
Then, you must invest enough money in those trusts in order to generate the income that is promised.
It’s not just getting on a list and getting paychecks from The President (although I do love that idea).
Many of these programs sound too good to be true because they are.
Building something that can eventually bring in passive income takes some time and requires that you learn skills that are valuable to the public.
It is easier and faster than ever now due to the internet, but it will require work and finding a way to add value to other people.
My #1 recommendation is a program that teaches you those skills so that you can build something online that will take care of you and your family forever.
