I recently had someone reach out to me on facebook messenger and ask me if I knew about Hempworx.
Whenever someone does this, my scam radar overloads on me and I figured I better check this one out.
I’m going to review Hempworx as a product and see if the business opportunity is a scam here, but first if you are tired of online scams, then see my #1 Recommendation to Make Money Online.
It is the same program I used to create an income online working part time from my laptop that allowed me to quit my full-time job and work from home or anywhere I want.
Hempworx is a CBD product tied to an affiliate program which means that you can sell their product and earn commissions.
CBD (Cannabidiol) is a chemical compound made from the cannabis plant.
It is legal and not psychoactive.
Many people claim health benefits and I have started taking it to help alleviate lower back pain which I believe is working.
Sometimes sellers of products like this make claims that seem “magical” and I always approach these things with some healthy skepticism.
The taste of the extract as a liquid is seriously disgusting though in my opinion and my wife vomited when she tried it.
They make other edible alternatives if it is too much for you.
Hempworx sells their product through an MLM (multi-level marketing) opportunity.
This means that not only do you get paid for people buying the product from you, but also if people get signed up to sell based on your referral, then you can make some money from their sales as well.
The compensation plan is on their website and I’m not going to explain it here.
First and foremost, the CBD product seems to be liked and well-received.
Any product or supplement that is consumed but not regulated by the FDA is somewhat problematic in that you don’t always know what you are getting.
Supplements like this tend to have varying levels of quality and sometimes the products can be expensive and also horrible.
Hempworx is transparent about their CBD harvesting process and shows on their website the results of their lab tests and certifications.
They use organic hemp from Kentucky and process with no heat or damaging chemicals.
This leads me to believe that it is a quality product and a 30 day supply is $69.
That price is a little high, but not so much that I would say not to buy it.
I believe it is a solid CBD product.
The affiliate business opportunity is also a legitimate plan, but let me add some caveats here:
You are going to pay $20 to get the rights to promote the product and have to buy at least one of the $69 bottles at purchase and every month in order to get paid commissions.
If you believe in Hempworx CBD and are going to buy the product anyway then why not promote it to people you know and make some side money as they buy it?
If you want to really make some money doing this, then you will have to recruit several other people to sell the product and get them to also recruit several other people.
The idea is that once you get enough people in, then your income becomes somewhat passive.
This is not a get rich quick scheme and building an organization like that takes time.
Also, if you message people on facebook messenger trying to sell them this, they are probably going to block you and avoid you at family and neighborhood parties.
Considering some peoples’ families, maybe that wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world.
I don’t think this is a bad opportunity as long as you know what you are getting involved in and the product is legitimate.
Thank you for reading.
